The holy month of Ramadan started from this week, which many Muslims began fasting during the day.
Breaking fast with a big feast is something important for them.
Came upon with few choices of Ramadan buffet dinner in town, Brick Family Restaurant is one of it.

What is Brick Family Restaurant?
The restaurant is under the Legoland Hotel, with the highlight of Lego-deco theme buffet.
As I stepped into the restaurant, I can feel the mix feeling of coming to a Lego playground and restaurant.
With the colourful plate, Lego Characters around the restaurant, the crayon on the table, and the specially design table cloth, which you can use the crayon to draw and colour.

The International buffet serves wide variety of cuisine, both oriental and western cuisine.
It's one of the great experience you can have to have dinner, with the local or foreigner, and not worry about the choice of cuisine, as the buffet serves the need for both.
Not forget the traditional break fast dates- Kurma are available in the buffet too.

Drink Section

Not limit to indoor, there is a outdoor section for barbeque, which the chef grill and cook the food on the spot.
Besides the well known satay, sausage and chicken wing, there is roasted whole lamb too.
Personally, I like the roasted chicken a lot, with juicy and tender texture.

There a lots of choices for the main dish, with different way of cooking and the use of spice.
For this section, I like the stir fried chicken, which serves in a small bowl.
Besides the chicken, there are black pepper crab, sea prawn, spicy beef, rendang chicken, hyderabad lamb, salmon, etc.
If you looking for carb, there are choice of rice, bee hoon, lasagna, pasta, etc.

What I like the most :
- The playful, Lego atmosphere-  This is the unique selling point, which you can't find in other Ramadan buffet. I enjoyed a lot, especially the photo taking section with the Lego deco, and the crayon provided, which you can colour the table cloth while having your meal.
- The wide variety, especially the western part - As a cheese lover, you can find not only one type, but up to 6 type of cheese- emmanthel, gouda, cheddar, boursin, port salut and camembert ( you know what are all these if you are cheese lover. )
- The seafood. There are not much Ramadan buffet, which serves the crab, and you can eat as much as you can!
- Kurma and Malay cookies and savoury -  By having Ramadan buffet, not forget the dates and sweet Malay dessert. The dessert section for this Ramadan buffet, not just having the commom cakes, puff, pudding, ice cream, but include this Malay sweet savoury, which you can feel the festival mood.
