What kind of table you would prefer in your home?? I guess most Chinese will tell you they prefer round table.
A round table allows people to eat facing each other. It also means that when seated at a round table every one is equal.Round table is a symbol of reunion.
Most of the Chinese Family will choose Chinese cuisine for reunion lunch or dinner, the price for most Chinese cuisine in Johor Bahru will be nearly RM 1000 per table.

Qing Palace Restaurant, which located inside Pulai Spring Resort, Pulai area, about 35 minutes drive from Johor Bahru town area, offers a limited time promotion of Eat All You Can for up to 80 different Chinese Cuisines, from soup, vegetable, chicken, duck, prawn, fish, seafood, beancurd and desserts. With one price, you can eat as much as you can.

One of the dish which make me amaze is the Australian fresh asparagus with garlic. This is not a common vegetable to be served in Chinese restaurant. The taste is very natural , without much seasoning, only fry with the garlic. The spear is fresh, which give a deliciously crunchy texture. One of my favourite among the vegetable choice in menu.

One of the common way of Chinese cooking, using the claypot, which preserve the warmness of food for longer time.
Braised Bean Curd with Seafood

Another pick among the menu will be Peking duck. The texture of duck is soft and tender, marinated with savory sauce, which make skin of duck very tasty.

There are variety of soup for choice. If you like something hot, soup, a little spicy, you can pick this Szechuan Hot & Sour Soup. A mixture of different ingredients including the mushroom, tofu, egg and etc.... , which can be found in this soup. A good start of the meal, which warm your stomach before you eat the others food.

A complete Chinese dinner must have a fish, which to symbolize the wish for more in the sense of good luck and good fortune. There are 3 choice of fish- Red snapper, Seabass and red pearl, with up to 7 methods of preparation. I tried the steamed with Asam sauce. The asam sauce is rich, well match with the fresh seabass.

There are variety of seafoods for choice, such as prawn, cuttlefish and eel. Too bad there is no crab in this promo ( Well , the price will not be RM 65 if got crab , haha~~ )

Keep some space for the dessert, before the end of meal. I like their Oni, which is not sweet, thick and sticky.
