From my friends recommendation, I have the chance to know Soho Spa, which is located opposite of KSL Shopping mall, Johor Bahru.
Soho Spa have the strategic location, which is just a road opposite from KSL shopping mall, which provide the mind and body relaxing aromatherapy and massage after tiring walking and working.
As I stepped in to the shop, there is a row of sofa, which the space for the foot massage.
For aromatherapy and body massage, there are few private rooms, which are clean and nice.
As there are so many shop provide massage and aromatherapy, the most important thing I'm looking for will be the skills of masseur and masseuse. Soho Spa is quite transparent about this part, which display all their masseur and masseuse professional certificate.
I chose the 1 hour aromatherapy with lemon grass essence oil, not just because of the great smell, lemongrass essential oil is also used to alleviate stress and relieve pain.
Besides lemon grass, there are wide variety of essence oil you can choose, depend on your preference and need.

What I like the most about Soho Spa :
- Masseuse's skill : The strength is sufficient, with right application to the right point in my body, starting from the back, shoulder, hand, leg, stomach and head.
- Hygiene : The facilities and towels are all clean. As before the massage you may need to remove all your cloth, and they provides disposable panty for body massage.
- Price and service: With the skills and facilities provided, the price is reasonable and affordable. The price list is clear display in front of the counter of shop. Great service is given , with a warm ginger tea after the massage.
What I dislike about Soho Spa :
It's highly recommended to park your car inside KSL shopping mall, or taking a public transport to KSL shopping mall, and walk to Soho Spa. There are limited parking spaces in front of the shop.

Thinking about to have something fast and convenience to relieve hunger, first come to my mind will be instant noodle.
The great thing about instant noodle, no matter you know cooking or not , as long you know how to get or boil the hot water, you can have your delicious noodle.
Well, now spaghetti also have instant package.
Master Pasto launched their new instant spaghetti, with no MSG, no preservatives, no refrigeration required and is a HALAL Product.
Well, I spent my weekend discover this instant spaghetti.
Normally, if I want to cook spaghetti, I will need to buy the spaghetti noodle, the sauce, and some fresh ingredients that I like, such as mushroom, meat,tomato, and some spice.
Having this Master Pasto instant spaghetti, I don't need to think on the preparation of the ingredients.
Each box of instant spaghetti consists of 2 packs, one is the spaghetti noodle, and another one is the sauce and ingredients. This 2 packs are safe , and can withstand high temperature heating in boiling water.
There are 2 ways to cook this instant noodle, either by heating with boiling water, or microwave heating.
No worry about the way to cook. It is clearly printed at the back of the box bilingually with picture illustration.
It's just need 3 minutes of cooking, and the spaghetti can be served. There are 3 flavours of choice so far- Aglio Olio, Carbonara and Bolognese.
Personally I like Carbonara flavour. You can see the pieces of mushroom and chicken with thick Carbonara sauce, as you open the heated pack.
The texture of spaghetti is firm. After pouring the sauce pack, you would need to take some time to mix the spaghetti with sauce. The spaghetti is not sticky, after mixing with the sauce.
The sauce is tasty, and just sufficient with the spaghetti given.
With no MSG, no preservatives, it is more healthier and better compare to other instant noodle that we see in the current market.

What I like about Master Pasto Instant Spaghetti:
- Convenience. I can make this simple spaghetti everywhere, as long as I have boiling water or microwave.
- Time-saving. It's just need 3 minutes of cooking. Fast and easy.
- No MSG. One of the best proof about this will be I don't feel very thirsty after eating this spaghetti.
What I don't like about Master Pasto Instant Spaghetti:
- Limited flexibility. At first, I'm thinking whether I can add extra spaghetti or ingredients, based on my personal preference, on top of what is given in Master Pasto Instant pack. Well, in the end I found that the sauce pack given is just enough for the amount of spaghetti given. I can't add any extra, or else the sauce in the pack will not be enough.

Micellar technology is quite common to be see in skincare. The micelles are helping to get your hair as clean as possible without being too aggressive on your hair.
I tried their Clean Maniac Micellar treatment, using Redken Clean Maniac product.
The shampoo and conditioner are silicone and sulfate free, which make it suitable for most of the users.
The whole treatment took about 1 hour. It started with pre-art treatment, then continue with applying the thick cream to my hair. The hair left for few minutes, then rinsed and washed with Clean Maniac shampoo and conditioner.
The Clean Maniac shampoo and conditioner have a nice pleasant smell, which is notable everytime after I used it. My scalp is clean and fresh after using the Clean Maniac product. The Clean Maniac series is suitable for all hair condition, especially if you are stay outdoor for long time.
It's very comfortable and pleasant experience to have my hair treatment with Redken and Toyako Salon.

Recently, I'm looking a suitable pant for my Tabata training session.

I took M size for the pants. When I just received my pants, I was scared about the length of the pant. ( since I'm quite tall, about 166cm). The pants look short in length.
I'm surprise when I tried it, it perfectly fit me.
As the name of pants highlighted - 'LED' and 'compression', Jonlivia workout pants is different from other brands of workout pant, with unique design of LED strip at the side of pants.
It's well suite for those who wanna do night run or workout in the dark.

In JB, there are few nice restaurants which you can have seafood and bear, a place where you can relax after tiring work.
In Mount Austin area, there is a new restaurant which serves good seafood, especially the crab.
I believe the owner must be a crab lover, and the restaurant is straight-forward named as Crab Bar & Cafe.
If you are crab lover, you should not miss this latest restaurant in JB.
The seafood served in this restaurant will be more to western style, with some fusion of local taste.
If you are 1st time visiting this restaurant, you must try their grill crab.
You can choose either to cook with or without spicy.
For spicy grill crab, sambal chili is used, and it provides mild burning sensation, match well with the crab. The crab is fresh, served with grill corn, potatoes and some salads.

Next, this is a must-try signature dish in this restaurant. There are not many restaurants in JB served soft-shell crab burger. The fried soft-shell crab taste good, served with a layer of cheese.

Besides the crab meal, you may try their other seafood meal such as grill white tuna. The flesh of tuna is soft, with the fragrance of grill tuna. Black pepper sauce is served with the white tuna, together with grill corn , salad and chips.

For seafood lover, prawn is a must for a good meal. The texture is firm yet soft with a little bouncy. Personally, I like this king prawn, it is very fresh and the way the prawn grilled is just nice, not overcook.

We tried these white wine mussels too. For me, it's a bit spicy until I can't really taste the existence of white wine. As you can see from the photo below, the mussels are good in quality.
